Aurelio “PJ” Rivera is a Principal in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) Practice, serving as its Futures Leader and Strategy & Growth Leader for the Human Capital Business, in addition to leading large-scale transformation efforts across the public sector. He has worked across the public and private sectors as public health leader in the federal government, global vice president at Marriott International (a Fortune 200 company), and as a consulting executive. To date, PJ has led whole-of-government and other large-scale consulting transformations across four countries, multiple states, Native American tribes, multiple Fortune 500 companies, and 7 federal executive branch Departments.

PJ also serves as Deloitte Consulting’s national Hispanic-Latino/a/x (HLx) Leader, and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ and Abilities communities. PJ is originally from Rochester, NY, proud graduate of Indian River Community College (now Indian River State College), and has obtained his Bachelors from Florida International University and Masters from George Mason University.
